Intern / placement / volunteering opportunity - deadline for application 28 April 2008

ASAP is currently looking for a competent, mature and responsible person who wants to take up a role of Assistant to the Co-ordinator. This role is offered as an internship / work placement which is a part of your academic course or as a volunteering opportunity. For more information, please see the application pack here.

Duty Scheme volunteering for solicitors and barristers

ASAP is always looking for barristers and solicitors who can help us at the Duty Scheme in Croydon. The Duty Scheme provides free legal representation for asylum seekers who are otherwise unrepresented during their asylum support appeal hearings. ASAP currently runs this service on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
