ASAP are at the Asylum Support Tribunal on Mondays, Tuesday and Thursdays where asylum seekers can get free legal representation and advice in their asylum support appeals. There is no public funding available for legal representation for asylum support appeals. As a result, 99% of the appellants attend their oral hearings with no legal representative.

ASAP’s Duty Scheme service is free and is available on a “first come, first served” basis. For more information about what to bring to an asylum support appeal, please click here.

ASAP can take limited referrals for representation outside of the Duty Scheme.
